  • TCP port 3351 is used by the Btrieve/MicroKernel Engine of Pervasive PSQL, now called Actian Zen.
  • Real-world products that embed Pervasive/Actian Zen and use this port include Sage 50 US (Peachtree), MYOB AccountRight Classic (v19), and Sage Pastel Partner/Evolution for client-server data access.
  • Sage 300 (Accpac) deployments that use the Pervasive.SQL database option also require TCP 3351 between clients and the database server.
  • Legacy Novell Btrieve client/server installations likewise communicate over 3351/TCP.
  • No widely documented hacking tools uniquely target 3351; the main risk is exposing a database engine service to untrusted networks.
