Dell OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) uses TCP port 1311 for its HTTPS web console.
On Dell PowerEdge servers (Windows or Linux), administrators access the hardware management interface at https://hostname:1311/ to view hardware health, RAID/Storage, logs, and lifecycle info; the service is provided by the “DSM SA Connection Service” (dsm_om_connsvc).
Example: A Dell PowerEdge R740 running OMSA 10.x exposes the management GUI on TCP 1311 by default unless reconfigured.
Security note: Attackers often scan for exposed OMSA on port 1311, and older OMSA versions have had vulnerabilities and weak/default credential issues, so restrict access to trusted networks or disable external exposure.
